I am a Baptist and I make no apology for being one. I did not start my Christian life as a Baptist. I was saved in a Foursquare Gospel Church. It cost me something to make the change.
In the many years I have spent studying Baptist history and heritage, have learned what it cost our Baptist forefathers to leave us what we have today. The price was more than most Christians of our day would be willing to pay.
I have written this short work on compromise among Baptists because I fear we will not leave the next generation the great heritage our forefathers passed on to us. Even the enemies of Baptists admit that it was the Baptists who kept the doctrines of the Gospel pure during the darkest times of history.
We, as Baptists, have a twofold responsibility. First we must get the Gospel message out to a world that is without hope. Without the truth of the Gospel no one will enter into the Kingdom of God. The Lake of Fire is the destiny of those who do not received Christ God’s way. I would not wish this destiny on my worst enemy.
Our second responsibility is to ensure we pass the Gospel to the next generation in tact. By this I mean we are not to let even the smallest part of the Gospel message be distorted or lost.

Pierre was saved at the age of 17. After high school, he entered the US Army, and in 10 years rose from the rank of private to captain. At that time the Lord dealt with him about leaving the Army. This is when God called him into the ministry. He has been a missionary, a pastor, and an evangelist. One thing that has been consistent from the very beginning is his love for an accurate interpretation and exposition of the Scriptures.
